At J Balvin, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
